Final Acceptance: Completing your purchase confirms your agreement to all Terms and Conditions.
Color & Preference: We are not liable for returns based on subjective preference (e.g., "not my color"). Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects.
Returns Window: Eligible items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Heat Limit: To protect your Heat-Activated Future Fiber™, heat tools must not exceed $350^\circ\text{F} / 180^\circ\text{C}$.
Non-Refundable: Shipping fees and items purchased with significant discounts (25% or more) are final sale.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Lux•JORI•us style. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our strict return guidelines.

Eligibility & Subjective Issues: Due to our detailed color descriptions and the unique nature of screen displays, we are not liable for returns based solely on subjective preference, such as a customer claiming the wig "was not their color" or "not their preferred style." Returns are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue, even though we diligently inspect each piece before shipping to our beloved customers.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the wig must be unworn, unaltered, unscented (free from perfume, smoke, or styling product odors), and returned in its original packaging with all tags and netting still attached. Due to sanitary regulations, any item showing signs of wear or styling cannot be accepted.
Timeframe: You must initiate a return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Final sale items, promotional items, and products purchased with a discount code of 25% or more are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
